Home Sites Overview

New Moon Overlook in the Galisteo Basin Preserve includes twenty spectacular home sites ranging in size from 13 to 44 acres. Each parcel is distinguished by its quality of views, privacy, and topography.

Within each parcel's designated 1- to 4-acre "building envelope," a property owner may build a single family home and guesthouse. In addition, ten home sites allow for development of a barn, stables, and corrals for horses.
