Commonweal Conservancy has sold all of the home sites in the New Moon Overlook conservation neighborhood. About New Moon Overlook

The 20 parcels in New Moon Overlook range in size from 13 to 44 acres, each distinguished by its quality of views, privacy, and topography. Each site's designated 1- to 4-acre "building envelope" accommodates a single family home and guesthouse. In addition, 10 home sites allow for development of a barn, stables, and corrals for horses.
